Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The full payment must be made no later than 90 days before the tour starts. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Non-refundable Deposit: A fixed non-refundable amount is charged at the time of booking.

Refunds Based on Time of Cancellation:

  • Within 60-45 days before the tour start date: 25% of the tour cost is refundable.
  • Within 44-30 days before the start date: 50% of the cost is refundable.
  • Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

3. Tour Changes:

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or tour details due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or other factors. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if changes occur.

4. Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is mandatory. You must obtain coverage that includes trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and coverage for the type of vehicle used (e.g., motorcycles over 250CC). The policy details must be submitted at the time of final payment.

5. Liability:

We are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to property during the tour. We are not liable for missed flights, delays, or other travel arrangements caused by the tour schedule.

6. Health & Safety:

Participants must be in good health and inform us about any physical limitations that may affect participation. We are not responsible for any health issues during the tour.

7. Documents Required:

Ensure you have the following documents:
1.Valid passport
2.Motorcycle or international driving license
3.Valid tourist visa
4.Travel insurance documents
5.Local currency (INR) for incidental expenses
6.Additional documents (e.g., OCI for Indian origin travelers, if applicable)

8. Tour Cancellations:

In case the tour minimum participation requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund the entire amount paid.

9. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave respectfully. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior, whether verbal or physical, can result in immediate expulsion from the tour, with no refund.

10. Specific Tour Details:

Motorcycle Tours: Participants are expected to be prepared for challenging conditions. We suggest bringing your own riding gear and being mentally prepared for unexpected situations.
SUV Tours: SUV tours require at least three travelers to confirm the vehicle. If fewer travelers sign up, participants may be moved to a support vehicle.
Other Guidelines: Each group may be accommodated in different hotels based on availability.

11.Force Majeure Clause:

In case of natural disasters, political turmoil, or other unforeseen events, we may need to adjust the tour or itinerary for safety. Any additional costs incurred will be shared by the group. No refund will be provided in such cases.

12. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled as per the governing laws, and participants agree to arbitration if necessary.
